Customer Reviews
Decent sheets, delivery could be faster
I ordered a Bedding Bundle with Tencel sheets and a Quilt Cover. The sheets are soft and do feel cooler, which is great for warmer nights. I found the website easy to navigate and placing the order was straightforward. However, delivery took closer to 10 days, which felt a bit long. The packaging was good, and everything arrived safely. Overall, a good purchase for the price, but quicker shipping would make it even better.
Good Tencel sheets
I bought a set of cooling Tencel sheets. They arrived in about a week. The sheets feel good, definitely cooler than my old ones. Fit my mattress well. No issues with the order process.
Detailed experience with Tencel
I decided to try Granjoy's Cooling Tencel Sheets after reading about them. The ordering process was simple, I found the right size easily on their website. I placed the order on a Monday, and it shipped out by Wednesday, arriving at my doorstep in Texas the following Monday. So, a total of 7 days, which is pretty standard for international shipping. The sheets themselves are very smooth and have a noticeable cooling effect; I tend to sleep hot, and these made a difference. Washing them was easy following the instructions, and they came out feeling just as soft. I also got a Waterproof Mattress Protector at the same time, and it fits perfectly without making any crinkly noises. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about tracking. Glad I tried them out.
Always reliable quality
This was my third purchase from Granjoy. I first bought a Tencel set, then some pillowcases, and this time a Cooling Blanket. As usual, the quality was consistent. Shipping took around 6 days to get to me in California, which is what I expected from past orders. Their products always hold up well after washing. I keep coming back because I know what I'm getting.

Are these sheets actually good for sensitive skin? I've got eczema and I'm super picky about materials.
thinking of getting the Tencel sheets but also looking at Sunday Bedding. Anyone have experience with both Granjoy and Sunday Bedding? How do they compare for cooling?
What's their return policy like? Just in case the color isn't quite right or it doesn't feel as cool as I hope. Don't wanna be stuck with expensive sheets.
first time buyer, do they usually have a discount for new customers? trying to save a few bucks on a full set.
Hey guys, planning to order a Tencel set. I'm in the US though, specifically California. Anyone know if they ship internationally or is it just Singapore?
